Yanqui Si!

After the Cubans turned down our offer of solidarity at Midem (some big the-horror-the-horror music biz convention in the S of France - not exactly the jungles of Bolivia. But then, on the other hand...) we decided it was time to begin dealing with the Americans again.

So, come the end of April you will be able to purchase from us and listen to the quite stunningly good cLOUDDEAD album. The work of Dose One, why? and Odd Nosdam it's indescribable and indescribably good and we finally got the contracts done today (which means much celebration tonight). One for darkened rooms. Or something. Just one for those who want to be surprised and amused and moved and all that (man).

On an equal fever pitch of excitement we can now also announce that we have signed MF Doom to release his King Ghidra side project through us. Doom (formerly Zev Love X) made his name in the early nineties with KMD, released a whole slew of classics as MF Doom with Fondle 'Em and now hooks up with us for his giant-and-dangerous lizard impersonation. He promises that this is the illest of all his projects - anyone who has heard the quite stunning 'No Snakes Alive' will know what to expect (only more so). Scheduled for next year...

Lastly, with the release of the first Big Dada single by French geniuses TTC due in a couple of weeks, we just thought we'd better let you know that we are selling the Paris Underground future-classic mixtape put together by Teki Latex and James Delleck. It's absolutely dandy, is called "L'Antre De La Folie" and is available in the Big Dada section of the shop. Enjoy...
